Refund & Returns Policy

At Alamo Spices, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have the best experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with returns and refunds under the following conditions.


Returns & Refunds Eligibility

1. Unopened Products (Full Refund)

  • You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

2. Opened Products (Store Credit or Replacement)

  • If you have opened the product and are dissatisfied with the quality or taste, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
  • We will offer a one-time store credit or a replacement for your order.
  • To minimize waste and shipping costs, we do not require returns of opened products.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for eligible refunds, store credit, or replacements.
  3. If a return is required, you’ll receive a return shipping label.

Important Notes

First-time customers: If you’re unsure about a product, we recommend ordering our sampler packs first to try before committing to a larger order.

Shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-refundable items:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Bulk purchases (over $200) unless defective.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@alamospices.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
